You can purchase gift vouchers for any denomination, treatment or package. The gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

 

They are available from reception or they can be purchased online

Please give 24 hours cancellation or rescheduling notice for all treatments. This allows us the time to rebook those slots

Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 20% of the reserved treatment amount or the loss of your deposit.

​

You can cancel or change your booking up to 24 hours in advance of your visit with no extra charge.

​

"No shows" will  be charged at 20% of the reserved treatment amount or the loss of your deposit.

​

All online bookings require a 20% deposit at the time of booking. All deposits are fully refundable if you cancel with at least 24 hours notice.

​

For all in store bookings the 20% cancellation/no show charge may be taken from your saved card details.
