Cancellation policy

Please give 24 hours cancellation or rescheduling notice for all treatments. Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved treatment amount or the loss of your deposit. You can cancel or change your booking up to 24 hours in advance of your visit with no extra charge

Regrettably "No shows" will be charged at 100% of the reserved treatment amount.

Deposits

In order to confirm your booking we do require a deposit at the time of booking for a single or combined treatments of 1 hour or more.

All deposits are fully refundable if you cancel with at least 24 hours notice.

We kindly request 24 hours notice for cancellations and rescheduling to enable us to refill your allocated appointment and for you to avoid a cancellation fee.

Clients who do not give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule their appointments will regrettably lose their deposit and have to leave a new one for future treatments.

Regrettably full charges will be imposed for "no shows"

We will reserve your booking for 72 hours (3 days), however if the deposit has not been paid by then the booking will be deleted. In addition for all last minute bookings (an appointment being in less than 72 hrs) we do require the deposit payment at the time of booking

Deposits are as follows:

On a treatment(s) that take less than 1 hour no deposit is required

On a single or combined treatments of 1 hour or more we require a £20 deposit

On a single or combined treatments of 2 hours or more we require a deposit of 50% of the reserved treatment amount

Your deposit can be paid by card over the phone or by calling in to reception. Deposits are not required for online bookings as card details are taken at the time of booking and cancellation/deposit fees will be deducted in accordance to our policy stated when you book online
